This has been a great totorhome for us and we are only selling it because we are moving in a different direction, and won’t be using this truck as much as it should be used. This truck was a conversion of a tool truck to a motor home professionally prior to our ownership. For this reason it does have a 1,600# lift gate with a 36” rear door to access the smaller garage area. The area in the garage is approx. 7-1/2’ long by 5’ wide. Large enough for 3-4 dirt bikes, street bikes, and many other things. Furniture in the rig is less than a year of age, and boasts two sleeping areas with the jackknife couch that is 54” wide by 72” long and the dinette that is 72”x36”. The truck has a 2500W propane generator with a 28 gallon propane tank, along with a 2500W inverter running off of a 2 year old AGM battery bank. The Magnavolt inverter system gives you the ability to use up to almost 5000W of power since the inverter system combines power when needed. Truck chassis has a little over 244K miles and in the last years time we have put a good amount of work into it. We have replaced most all fuel sensors, along with the high pressure pump. We have put on all new tires earlier this year and did king pins, front end alignment and tie rod ends. It has a 25,000# trailer hitch and we have used the truck to tow our 10,000# boat with no troubles at all. Rooftop AC has been serviced and new controls put in, and it does have a propane heater with thermostat, and propane cook top as well. Truck has a one piece roof system with no leaks, and is very well built structurally with aluminum outside walls, and double OSB with interior insulation. I am sure this truck will do well for its next owner.
