29 Model A Sedan Has not been chopped which gives a lot more head room. Extra set of quick change gears for the rear end.

Solid approx. 10 year old build. Just cruised back in yesterday from a 70+ mile car show run with no problems. NO rust visible on this old girl anywhere. An old gentleman from the Oklahoma/Missouri area built this rod and with the aluminum, rivets, louvers etc, it shows his lifes work as a retired aviation mechanic. Extra gauges with aluminum pieces everywhere. Inline 6 cylinder bored and stroked to 271 Cubes with a healthy sounding cam and running the two Ford 2 bbl carbs. It had a 3 spd. standard tranny which I quickly removed and then installed this rebuilt turbo 350 with a slight stall converter. Rear end is an expensive quick change with those pictured disc brakes. Just like the Mercedes cloth top covering and the mechanical parts I mentioned, this old guy spent big bucks on this build. New starter, alternator, shifter and fuel pump. Stereo with power antenna, wiper, gauges all work. One small crack in the bottom of the right door glass with no more cracks in the glass. NOW READ THIS! Beautiful job on the top but the old guy didn't finish the final smoothing of the body and prep it for paint. AS I stated, no rust and body is straight in general. I'm an old fart to and I do not tackle body or paint either. No big deal for a body man/shop. New wheels and tires on the rear and the front are in good shape. Brand new spindles on the chrome axle. I bought it with a screwed up spindle on the left side and Speedway only sells them in pairs. So, thats all new and with the 4 whl. disc brakes it stops very good. I personally would not want to pay for the number of hood louvers on this now a days! Every thing is outta reach on pricing now. This rod HAS A HEATER, so you Northern people could enjoy that feature. NO air, power brakes or power steering. If you need that, go pay a whole lot more for that on a shiney one. I like the looks of this flat Black Por paint and the folks at the shows comment on it a lot. Check out the pictures and read this to answer most of your questions. If I do trade for a roadster I would like to have a top on it. This hot summer sun sucks down here!
